It was an Exciting Week at Heritage Plumbing!
Not all weeks are created equally, and sometimes a challenge is just what WE need to make helping YOU all the more rewarding – and sometimes these challenges come in pairs! We have always provided great emergency service for tough situations, and we proved it over the last few days. First with a late-evening emergency call to a very popular Chicago restaurant who were in a major pickle without hot water and having just appeared on the popular PBS foodie show, ‘Check Please!’. Heritage Plumbing was able to arrive, with the correct parts and have their hot water heating back operational to help wash their unprecedented pile of dishes!
As if this kind of emergency action is not enough to make a week feel productive, we also handled a flooding emergency in a Arlington Heights, IL residence – helping to stem the tide of destruction that was quickly rising in our client’s basement. Within hours of arriving on the scene, we had diagnosed and repaired the problem, and were very satisfied watching the last of the water drain out of that basement! These old houses in the Chicago area already have enough problems without filling up with water!
